Neil :*Places money on counter* *Takes ticket*

Reply : Yeh
Text: From mum, And you have the flowers? Xx
Reply : Yeh...

- Scene cuts to a hospital room
(Camera Focuses on Katrina lying in bed after tracking shot of room)

Katrina: (Narrator) I'm Katrina... Thanks to my accident i cant talk... living like this is so... so... empty, its hard to convey how i really feel to anyone, or what im thinking....

-Scene cuts back to bus

(Neil is sitting alone on the bus)
(Flowers in hand the camera focuses in on them and the "Get Well Soon" Note attached)
*Neil Changes song on his Ipod*

-Scene cuts back to hospital room

*A "Doctor" Walks into the room*

Katrina: (Narrator) *Sigh* Just another doctor that will walk in... ask me a question that he knows i cant respond too trying to make small talk... Take one look at my chart, frown and leave

*Doctor gives shifty eyes and picks up chart, Smiles and puts it back*
*Doctor leaves room*

Katrina: (Narrator) : Odd... he isn't the same as the others...

- Scene cuts back to Bus

*Neil receives phone call*
Neil: Hello?
....
Neil: Just on the bus
.....
Neil: WHAT...?
.....
Neil: WHAT?!?
.....
Neil: Look mate. On the Bus... ill call you back
*puts phone away*

- Cuts back to Hospital Room

Katrina: (Narrator) Why... Why did i get involved...?

*Doctor walks back into room with wheel chair*
*Doctor picks up Katrina out of bed and places her into wheel chair*
Katrina: (Narrator) What?!?! why is he moving me, hes not even told me where hes taking me!
(Katrina stares lost and helplessly into camera as doctor wheels her out)

-Cuts back to bus
(Bus pulls up into bus station at hospital)
(Doors open)
*Neil steps out and heads toward hospital*

- Cuts to Katrina being wheeled toward the exit 0f the hospital

Katrina: (Narrator) Oh my god! whats happening??? Is he one of them!?


*Doctor wheels Katrina out the main entrance and away into the distance*

- Cuts back to Neil who has just gotten off the bus
*Neil walks into hospital...*

Props/Location

- A room in college (Hospital room)
- Outside of Addenbrookes Hospital (Local hospital)
- Local bus (Green park and ride)
- General locations on the bus around cambridge

Ident

Our ident was based around the pixar opening but instead of using a lamp we used a mac, we attempted to do green screening but due to poor lighting we failed to get footage that was workable with... instead the end result was a little fuzzy and still green... but we learned the importance of green screen lighting

Plot

The plot is a misty thriller, the story based around one main character going to the local hospital to visit his or her brother/sister that has been involved in a recent accident that has landed him/her in the hospital heavily crippled and unable to move or talk (much), the opening scene is based on a bus, the relative during the bus trip is texting/calling and this is how the viewers are alerted to his/her involvement with the character in hospital, the plot develops as we find out that the accident might not have been as much of an accident then what we are first told.., in other words he was involved with the wrong people and they wanted him gone, maybe slightly cheesy but i can work on that, and failed the first time, now they are coming to finish the job, during this time we have no idea of the involvement with these outside people...

The realization scene is when these people are taking the injured relative, this will be show with cuts between the bus scene and the hospital (see story board)

the relative just misses the injured person as the "bad guys" wheel him off in a wheel chair, the closing scene is one of the relative realizing that this person has been taken and the story begins as the credits role (END OF OUR SHORT OPENING)
