Medical Room Location

We have asked permission if we can use the medical room in college but we were told we couldn't as it was usually in use but we asked the man in charge and he said that if we go and find him on the day of shooting then we can either use the medical room by the office or the one in the sports hall. The scene we need the medical room for is in the majority of the shot. We also need to use a wheelchair but we are unsure if we will be able to get one.
